B Semi Catus, Bronze. ADS # 2211. 2025 introduction. It's a large B size dahlia, closer to 8 inches than 6 inches with blooms perched on tall 5'+ plants that we have never staked and never had a plant blow over. Seriously. A generous producer of seeds and tubers. Passed on the ADS Bench in Spokane, WA (the only bench we entered it at) with a score of 88.5. Should win in shows, especially since there are so few other dahlias in it's class. Just buy it--it won't kill your husband (or wife).
