We guarantee that we will provide the finest quality tubers we have to offer. Please inspect your tubers upon receipt. All tubers will have an eye (sprout), if you feel they do not, please contact us immediately: within 10 days of arrival for refund or replacement.
We guarantee our tubers will grow. We are not responsible for your mistakes, including, but not limited to: storage between the time you receive your tubers and plant them, your planting conditions, adverse weather providing growing conditions that do not allow growth, rodent or animal damage, customer negligence, or any seasons beyond the growing season your tuber has been shipped.
We will do our best to ensure you are satisfied. If you receive your tuber, and are dissatisfied with the quality, contact us immediately with photographic proof of your complaint. Disposing of your tubers before contacting us with photos of your tuber(s) with voids this guarantee. We reserve the right to request additional photos and/or return of the failed tuber(s) before a replacement or refund is issued. We will not refund or replace tubers without photographic proof of the failed tuber. Any tuber loss or failure must be reported to us by July 15th of the year the tubers were shipped. All replacements will be sent, free of charge (excluding shipping and handling---we are happy to include it with a new order), the following spring, if possible, or a refund for the amount you paid for the tuber will be issued. We do not guarantee tubers grown in pots.
